Terms of Service

Certified Trainer Pro (certifiedtrainerpro.com) is run by Atlas Pro Consulting LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Certified Trainer Pro is business software for personal trainers and coaches: a client roster, intake and health forms, programs and workouts, a client app, check-ins, scheduling, messaging, invoices and follow-up emails. We provide software. We are not a fitness provider, and we do not train, coach or advise your clients.

Your account and your clients

You are responsible for your login, for what you put in the service, and for the people you invite. The client information you collect is yours. You are responsible for having permission to store it and to contact your clients, including any consent that email, text and privacy laws require (for example CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and state rules).

Health information and training advice

The intake and PAR-Q style forms help you screen clients. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose anything and do not replace a doctor. Programs, exercise descriptions and nutrition targets in the service are tools you control. You decide what is safe for each client. Exercise carries risk of injury; you are responsible for your own training services, insurance, certifications and waivers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, to collect data you have no right to, to break the law, or to probe or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Free is free, with a limit on active clients. Pro and Business are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew until you cancel from Billing. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. Payments your clients make to you go through your own Stripe account; we do not hold your clients' money. See Refunds.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Email and text delivery depends on providers we do not control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, injuries during training, or indirect damages.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may end accounts that break these terms. You can export your client list as CSV before you go.
